SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

If your order contains “Preorder” items, your order will ship as soon as these items become available. Please check back at the Azure House Games website for information on when “Pre-Orders” will be shipping.

Otherwise, please note that we ship once per week, normally via Fedex Ground within the USA or USPS to Canada and Mexico.  Please allow appropriate time for us to receive, process, and fulfill your order. Your order should ship within the next few business days.

Shipping from our store is currently limited to North America  (USA, Canada, and Mexico).

We apologize to our friends in Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia.  Shipping to these locations is so expensive that the cost of shipping will exceed the price of the game, so it is not worthwhile to our customers to ship to these locations.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please report this to us within 3 business days of receipt so that we may replace it.

 

If upon opening your game you find that it has missing or damaged internal components, please report this to us as soon as possible, so that we can replace these components.

 

Products that are 100% unopened and 100% undamaged may be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price only. No shipping charges will be refunded, and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your cost and in undamaged and unopened condition. Before shipping, please contact us to receive instructions on how to ship and where to ship the product.
